Over the course of the last 12 months, my largest source of new customers has come from referrals. That may sound simple, but there needs to be strategy involved behind it. I always incentivize my team and my current/past customers to bring me more business. I do this by either telling them I will give them a discount on my services, or I offer them a monetary incentive. Every time a customer or a team member of mine brings me a new costumer, and they get rewarded, this gets them excited to continue referring their network to me. Also, for example, whenever I do good work for a customer, I always make sure to ask them for a review on Google and on my Social Media pages. I always push these reviews directly to my website. This is a key factor in building your online brand so when referrals look you up, they see good and recent successes. Because of a good online presence, and great incentives for team members and clients, referrals has become my #1 source of new customers over the past 12 months.
